So close to final clean up. Burning still allowed. Storm coming. #cabininthewoods

One year later: sweat and tears and checkbook—but it feels like home again. What can I say—I love peace and quiet and space.
I think the prayer flags worked. And one volunteer sunflower standing watch.
Time to do more white staining. But first, anything that needs to get done outside before the rains, has to happen in September. Next 30 days.
Dead tree standing. Would make good firewood. Time to prepare for Winter. It’s coming.
Now that I have been away from the cabin and madly working for days, the cabin becomes fog.
